Growing Potatoes in St. Paul: The 'Wait and See' Stage for Grow Bags

Morning y'all!

Realized I haven't posted anything in over a week. Life's been busier than a spring bee for me! Here's a quick little update on the potatoes.

Tl;dr we just kick back and watch em' grow at this point!

The bags have been fully hilled, the soil pile is kaput, and now we just kick back and wait.

We'll continue to allow the foliage to grow until it turns yellow and brown and wilts away, and then I'll have another update on the harvest process from there. More to come!
